3. How will you deal with the disposed items?
For recyclable products like paper, metal, plastic etc we will send it to the respective recycling points to be sent overseas to be given a new lease of life.
Used or new clothings are sent overseas to third world countries to be sold at very low price or given out to charity.
For non recyclable items we will send it to NEA approved incinerators to be disposed of.
We are constantly looking for the most environmental friendly way to dispose of the unwanted items.
4. Why are there charges for disposal service?
For large amount of wastes we are charged at the incinerator plants according to weight. There are also manpower costs involved to consolidate different waste materials and not forgetting transportation costs. However we do try to keep the charges as low as we can.

To ensure that we can quote you the best price, it would be helpful to provide photos for the items you want to dispose of, or we can arrange for a viewing at no charges.
6. How fast can you arrange for an appointment?
We strongly believe in efficiency and will try to arrange for an appointment within 3 days of acceptance. We also try to reply to all enquiries within a day. For urgent cases just let us know so we can make the arrangements.
